Growing Pains

Ben Franklin said, "There are no gains without pains." We are going through the growing pains now... and the gains will pay off in the near future. Remember your goals are never out of reach, as long as you keep your eyes on them.
Quote for the Day:“Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal."

Keep Your Chin Up....

It was a tough one to start the season, but we will come back better and stronger on Thursday to defeat Zane Trace. The league scores were balanced... we are going to surprise lots of people when we get all the nerves and tention cleared up. The team we saw on the court lastnight= is not the team that we have been throughout the pre-season. We are simply better than that & every team has an off night. We've had the ice breaker, so let's show some fire. Keep your chins up and remember that we are a team- and that I believe in you!!!

2-0 Already....

I am so proud of you girls! Although they have both been scrimmages... you have not been beat yet this season & haven't really played to your potential yet! All the changes will make sense. Things will start to fall into place and get easier. Keep working hard and as a team... and you will surprise a lot of people! I am so proud of you! Keep It Up!

-Redstreak Rowdies-

Redstreak Rowdies is a fan based group we would like to implement this volleyball season. The group would be actively involved in the support, motivation, and encouragement of our student athletes. Ideally, we would like for the parents, family members, and friends/peers of our athletes to be more involved and supportive of the kids and their efforts to positively represent our school and community. We have a few ideas, but only to get the ball rolling. This is something that we would need lots of volunteers and assistance with in order to make it a hit that could spread throughout our athletic departments. Please let us know if you think this idea will benefit our kids. We are all here to provide a cheerful and exciting learning environment for the kids.
